KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER PARTNERSHIP ASSOCIATE IN IMPROVED AGRIFOOD VALUE CHAINS FOR FORTIFIED BLENDED FLOUR: A NUTRIENT RICH, HEALTHY RECIPE FOR SCHOOL & HOUSEHOLD MEALS IN GHANA
The University for Development Studies (UDS), working in collaboration with Savannah and Sahel Commodities Limited (SSCL) and in partnership with University of York (UoY), UK expect to receive funding from the Global Challenges Research Fund through UKRI/INNOVATE-UK/KTN, under the AgriFood Africa Knowledge Transfer Partnership (AAKTP) Scheme for a project entitled: Improved AgriFood Value Chains for Fortified Blended Flour: A Nutrient-Rich, Healthy Recipe for School & Household Meals in Ghana. The partners intend to recruit a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Associate for the project. The KTP Associate will be a Food Technologist/Engineer and the team leader of the Food Processing Facility (FPF). The duties include researching, analysing, designing, resolving problems, interpreting situations, evaluating situations, developing prototypes and guiding the technicians of the SSCL-FPF.
