Mr. Bernard Alando is a Chartered Professional Administrator and Management Consultant with special interest in Corporate Governance, Knowledge Management, Organisational Development and Change and Higher Education Management. He is currently the Northern Regional President of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants Ghana (CIAMC-G). Mr. Alando holds professional license in Professional Administration (ChPA) and Management Consultancy (CMC) from Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants Ghana, Master of Science (MSc) Degree from the University for Development Studies, Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree from the University of Cape Coast and Higher National Diploma (HND) from the Tamale Technical University.
Mr. Alando has over fifteen (15) years working experience in the field of Administration and Management. He worked as Knowledge and Communications Officer at BasicNeeds Ghana, an International Non-Governmental Organisation (INGO); a Senior Data Management Assistant at the University for Development Studies and later as Principal Data Management Assistant. He is currently an Assistant Registrar, serving as Administrative Coordinator of the West African Centre for Water, Irrigation and Sustainable Agriculture (WACWISA), a World Bank Centre of Excellence at the University for Development Studies. Mr. Alando is the Board Chairman of SFD Foundation Ghana and Board Member of the Foundation for Integrated Strategic Development (FISTRAD).
